I found a much easier way to create content every day and I’m going to show you my routine on this blog.
As Jaythecook commented on one of the other videos, consistency is the hardest part for most creators, especially if you work as a coach and you have to create your content in addition to all the other work that you’re already doing.
Full Disclaimer Though: My YouTube channel is not part of this daily routine because I actually want to invest more time into these videos.
However, everything else is covered and especially if you are starting out with content marketing, I think this routine will be perfect for you.
Keep reading to get an idea of how I spend only 30 minutes per day in creating content and be consistent with it.
My Daily Content Marketing Routine
First Tip: Keep it as easy as possible.
I have found that the key to being consistent is to make it as easy as possible for me.
And one major way to keep it easy is to re-purpose my content as much as I can.
Any message can be presented:
- In various different formats
- And on different platforms
What I am talking about?
Here’s an example:
If you just sent an email to your subscribers, then immediately ask yourself these questions:
- How can I turn that same information into a 20sec video on my phone?
- Or how can I turn that same information into a photo or picture?
How to Re-purpose your Content?
And here are some ways on how you can repurpose your content.
1. What to do with your Written Version?
Take the written version and post that on different platforms such as:
And then send it to your email list.
2. What to do with your 20-sec Video Version?
Take the 20-sec video version, and you post that on:
- YouTube Shorts
- TikTok
3. What to do with your Picture Version?
Take the picture or photo, and once again post that on:
This alone will give you tons of content that you can create and post easily in just 30 minutes per day.
Remember, it’s all about having easy 30 minutes so that you don’t dread creating content and that’s what’s going to keep you consistent.
Second Tip: Be visible online.
The second way to keep it easy is to come to peace with the fact that we can’t always be teaching. More than anything, content marketing is about staying on people’s radars.
As long as people see you every day, you’re doing an amazing job with your content marketing.
Let me give you some examples:
- If you’re out doing an activity, then you can share that on your social media accounts.
- Or if you’ve met someone who inspired you today, then give that person a shoutout and share how they impacted you positively.
You don’t always have to create content like 3 mind-boggling tips to achieve your dream.
Switch it up. Embrace those days when you have other things to talk about than just work.
Yes, of course, you want to stay true to your niche and demonstrate your expertise.
But if half of your content is valuable tips, and the other half is personal updates, then you’ll be absolutely fine.
You’ll probably even do better because all work and no fun is pretty boring for most people.
You can also check my social media accounts and you will see that I’ve been more consistent than before.
Truth be told, I’ve also had more fun creating content by following these 2 tips in my routine.
Here are my social media accounts, by the way. Feel free to visit them.

But here’s the catch!
If you think your social media posts are going to get you clients, you’re wrong.
Don’t get lost in the social media game for views and likes.
The purpose of your content is to make people check out your social media profile.
You’re not gonna post something on social media and then they’re gonna click and hire you. That happens, 1 in a thousand, MAYBE. Probably more like 1 in 10’000.
The purpose of your content is to make people check out your social media profile.
And usually, here how it works:
- If you post an interesting story or give useful tips, some people will click on your little picture or name to check out your profile.
- That’s when they read your profile description and scroll through your past posts.
Make sure to add a Call To Action on your profile so people know WHY they should click the link.
Keep in mind that the main goal of your profile is to drive traffic your landing page. Make sure that’s a page where you collect leads by giving away something helpful for free.
Also consider having these factors:
- Pictures
- Banner
- Past content that you created and worked with
These all will serve as your social proof to gain trust and connect with your audience.
I’ve already written an article in the past where I talk about creating your social media account. It’s one of the 7 steps on how to be a successful content creator and you can read it here.
Again, your content drives traffic to your social media profile, and your social media profile drives traffic to your landing page.
So make sure that you are consistent in content marketing to drive traffic and generate sales in no time.
And just like that! We are now at the last part of the 6-Part Content Marketing Strategies I created.
But this is not the end for Content Marketing because on the next blog, I will show you how to always have a good content idea ready.
Being consistent in content marketing is easier said than done. And I am sure you once experienced the same thing too. What did you do to stay consistent in your thing? Any tips that you can share?

Thank you and see you on my next blog!
Hi Morris, I love keeping it simple. Too many bloggers make it complicated with ultra-long posts with charts and graphs.
I always say that Short and Sweet is easier than reading War and Peace. Besides who time for all of that? I like to find answers when I’m searching online. So get to the point!
Over the years I have obtained a few clients from social media. But I’m not spending as much time there these days as I’m working the blogs after client work more now.
Thanks for sharing your helpful tips on keeping things simple Morris.
Hi Lisa, thank you for sharing your experience here and drawing parallels to blogging. I think you are spot on. I’ve come to despise these recipes websites that first write a 4,000 word essay on potatoes.
And I think as search engines improve, especially now through the advancements in AI, bloated articles like that will work less and less.
At the end of the day, we all hate it when our time is wasted. So let’s keep it simple for everyone and make it enjoyable.
